35 Lower Keyford is an early 18th-century building constructed of painted rubble. It has two storeys and an attic, topped with a pantile roof featuring a crested ridge and stone end chimneys. The building includes two raking top dormers and two ranges of two-light casements with stone flat moulded mullions. There is a modern door with sidelights and a lean-to canopy.
