Description

This barn, located 20 metres southeast of No. 26 (Cross House), dates from 1804. It is constructed of local stone rubble, featuring Ham stone quoins and dressings. The roof is covered with double Roman clay tiles and has stepped coped gables topped with ball finials. The barn is two storeys high with an attic and consists of two bays. There is a first-floor entrance in the south gable, which has a plain boarded door under an exposed timber lintel. The east side has timber casement windows. The interior has not been seen.
