Description
The range of farm buildings at Wambrook Farm, dating from the mid-19th century, is constructed from random rubble local stone and features a slate roof with coped verges. The buildings face west onto the foldyard, with a tack room located to the north and a linhay to the south. They are single-storey and consist of four bays. The left side has a pointed arch opening, a plank door, and a two-light leaded mullioned and transomed window with trefoil-headed lights. The linhay, which opens into one bay, has a wooden pier on a stone baulk. The rear elevation is unlit, with an arch-headed opening in the northeast corner leading to a culvert that drains into a ditch. This range is part of a notable group of 19th-century farm buildings.
