Description

This is a row of three weavers' cottages dating to around 1750. They are built of roughly-laid limestone rubble with pantile roofs and brick chimneys. The cottages are two storeys in height with an attic, each one bay wide. The windows have been replaced in recent times, but No 58 retains an original twelve-light sash window from the mid-19th century. The door openings have plain stone architraves, and the doors are 20th-century replacements.
