Description

Old Ford Farmhouse is a farmhouse that dates from the 17th and 18th centuries, with some late 19th-century features. It is constructed of coursed rubble and has a thatched roof with coped verges and rubble stacks. The building has an irregular plan with one to three bays. It features two and three-light casements with glazing bars set under wooden lintels. There is a former door opening in the center of the three bays, which is now a gabled porch with a double Roman tiled roof. A door opening has been blocked, and a two-light casement has been inserted. The current door opening is located at the rear of the farmhouse.
