Lodge to St. Audries (qv), now dwelling. 1851, altered late C20. Architect John Norton. Sampford Brett red sandstone random rubble, Bath stone dressings, quoins, coped verges, decorative finials gable ends, V-shaped tiles, [arga external stack on South front with coat of arms inset panel in chimney breast. Plant gabled block lying roughly East-West with North crosswing, entrance in angle on East front. East front: one and a half storeys, 1:1 bays; gabled dormer left, C20 under in gable end right under hood mould, stone tiled 4-light centred bay Tudor arched hoods with horizontal glaring bars, similar set into corners left and right with cyma reversa moulded kneelers above, corbelled below, Entrance in gabled porch centre. Right return 2-light casement right of chimney breast, C20 2-light casement left. Interior not viewed.
