Description

These stables, dating to the 18th century, are located within the farmyard at Priory Farm. They are constructed of coursed and squared rubble with freestone dressings, and have coped verges, each with a base for a ball finial. The roof is tiled. The stables are two storeys high and four bays wide, featuring 2-light casement windows in dressed stone surrounds. One first-floor window has been enlarged and a plank door inserted. There are two ground-floor door openings, both with plank doors. Originally listed as one of two barns at the Priory.
