Description
Ivy Cottage is a house dating from the mid 18th century that was restored in the mid 20th century. It is built of coursed squared gritstone and has a graduated stone slate roof. The house has two storeys and two bays, with a rear outshut. It features quoins and a central half-glazed four-panel door with quoined jambs. On either side of the door are three-light windows on both the ground and first floors, which have flat-faced mullions that are slightly recessed. The cottage also has shaped kneelers, gable copings, and end stacks. The interior has not been inspected.
