Description

Church View is an early 19th-century building that was originally stables, and is now a cottage. It is constructed of squared rubble with stone dressings and a slate roof. The building has two storeys and two bays. The central entrance is marked by a plain surround and has a seven-panel door. A former carriage entrance on the left has a segmental head with a projecting keystone and plank doors. The right-hand side has a ground-floor window and two upper-floor windows, all with plain surrounds and six-pane sashes. A ridge stack is located on the right-hand side. The building is designated a group value asset.
