Description
Laurel Farm is a farmhouse that likely dates from the early to mid 18th century, with later additions and alterations, including a range to the left that is of no special interest. The building is cement rendered and features a cast-tile roof with brick stacks. It has a lobby-entry plan and an outshut at the rear. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has three first-floor windows. The entrance, which is off-centre, consists of a 20th-century part-glazed door. Throughout the building, there are 12-pane sliding sashes with ashlar sills. The roof is swept with rendered coping, and there are end and ridge stacks. The interior has been renewed.
