Description

The Town Hall, built in the early to mid 19th century, features an ashlar exterior with a banded ground floor. It has a low pitched hipped roof made of Welsh slate and a moulded eaves cornice with modillions. The building stands two storeys tall, with a prominent first floor. The main east front has five bays, while the returns have six bays. It includes sash windows, some of which have glazing bars, and the first-floor windows are adorned with architraves and bracketed cills. The central entrance consists of double doors, and the interior is plain.
