Description

The Ripon Conservative Club, formerly known as the Constitutional Club, is a mid-19th century building of stucco construction with a slate roof. It is three storeys high and has two bays. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars set within moulded stucco architraves. A cast iron balcony is present on the first floor. The front entrance consists of a door with eight fielded panels and a semi-circular fanlight, contained within a Tuscan pilastered surround. A round arched carriage entrance is also present and is defined by a moulded architrave.
