Description

The terrace retaining wall to the south of Danby Hall dates from around 1855. It is constructed of coursed rubble and ashlar. The wall features a terrace made of coursed rubble, topped with cement urns. At both ends of the terrace, there are ashlar walls that support steps and a balustrade.
