Description
Fardeanside House is a mid-18th century farmhouse that also incorporates a hind's cottage within the same structure. It is built from local light red brick in an English garden wall bond and features modern concrete pantiles on the roof. The building has stone gable copings and kneelers, along with brick chimneys at both ends and on the ridge.
The house is two storeys high and has a total of four windows, with one window on one side and three on the other. The original openings have modern casements fitted beneath flat gauged brick arches. A modern glazed porch is located at the center of the building.
