Description

Clova is a mid-19th century brick house located on the north side of Clotherholme Road in Ripon. The house is constructed of brown brick with a hipped slate roof and overhanging eaves. It has two storeys and three bays, with the central bay projecting slightly. The windows are segment-headed sashes, and the ground floor features canted bay windows. The front door is half-glazed, with three moulded panels, set within moulded panelled reveals and a wooden Tuscan frame.
