Description

This early 19th century building, Coney Garth, is constructed of yellow brick with a hipped slate roof. It is two storeys high and features overhanging eaves and a continuous first-floor sill. The building has three bays, each with sash windows containing glazing bars. The front door comprises two moulded panels, six fielded panels, a semi-circular fanlight, moulded imposts and voussoirs, and an elliptically shaped porch supported by ashlar Tuscan columns and a full entablature. A ground floor verandah, supported by cast iron piers with ornamental openwork leaf decoration, extends from the side elevation.
