Description

This is a pair of houses, dating from the late 18th century, now used as commercial premises. They are constructed of coursed squared limestone with a stone slate roof, and extend over three storeys. The front features a 20th-century entrance flanked by plate-glass shop windows. The first floor has a central blind panel flanked by 16-pane recessed sash windows. The second floor has shorter openings with a central blind panel and 4-pane sash windows either side. Projecting sills and wedge lintels are present over all windows. The building has wooden gutter brackets and brick end stacks.
