Description

Nos 10 and 12 Kirkgate is a building originally designed as a two-bay cottage, now divided into two separate units with shop fronts. It is constructed of brown local brick and features dentilled eaves under a pantile roof. The building is two storeys high. No 10 includes a 19th-century square bay window with glazing bars, a doorcase that has a dentilled cornice, and a sliding sash window on the first floor. No 12 features an early 19th-century bow window with a fixed light and an upper window that has later glazing.
