Description

Buttercrambe Bridge is an 18th-century bridge made of dressed sandstone. It features two segmental arches that are divided by a cutwater, which creates a refuge above. The bridge has a band and a parapet. This structure is noted in Pevsner's "Yorkshire: The North Riding," published in 1966.
