Description

Paddock House is a building dated 1748, featuring two storeys constructed in ashlar with a pantile roof. It has brick chimney stacks at the gable ends and a moulded eaves cornice. There is a stone band between the storeys. The façade includes five windows without glazing bars, with the centre window set in a stone surround. On the ground floor, there are four windows and a door with six panels, topped by a rectangular fanlight. This door is framed by a Gibbsian rusticated architrave that includes a multiple keystone displaying the date and initials. Access to the entrance is via two steps.
