Description
Brython Mount View is a pair of cottages built around 1880. They are constructed of rubble with ashlar dressings and feature a Welsh slate roof. The cottages are single storey with half-dormers. The end bays are designed as cross wings, each having gables with decorative bargeboards topped with finials. The openings are framed with rusticated ashlar surrounds and include mullion windows with cast-iron frames. Each gable has a 3-light window with a 2-light window above it, along with a board door that has a small window above, located under the eaves. There is also a cross window and another board door with a small window above it under the eaves. The cottages have ashlar end stacks. There is a small flat-roofed extension to the right that is not of special interest.
