Description
Westfield Old Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid-18th century, with a 19th-century extension and changes to its windows. It is constructed of variegated brick in English garden wall bond, topped with a pantile roof and featuring brick stacks. The building has a central-entry plan and includes a rear wing, which is not considered of special interest. The farmhouse is two stories high with a three-bay front. It has a four-panel door with an overlight and a shallow segment-arched recess above the door. The windows are four-pane sashes with stone sills, and all openings have timber lintels. There is a cogged brick eaves course, coped gables, shaped kneelers, and end stacks. At the time of the resurvey, the house was semi-derelict.
