Description
Old Hall Farmhouse is a house with origins in the 17th century, but it has been altered in the 18th and 19th centuries. The building is constructed of rubble, with some parts whitewashed, and it features a stone slate roof. The structure is irregular, primarily two storeys high, with a west wing that has three storeys. The main range runs north-south and has four chimneys along the ridge; the second chimney is large and moulded, while the fourth is external on the south gable, massive and stepped. On the west wall towards the south, there is a round-headed stair window from the 18th century. The west wing has a gabled roof and features sash windows, mostly with four panes. Many of the windows on the east side have been altered. The interior has not been inspected but may hold some interest.
