Description

These gate-piers, located approximately 12 metres east of the stable block at Danby Hall, date from the 18th century. They are constructed of ashlar and have a square plan. Each pier stands about 2 metres high and is set on a plinth. The design features a cornice and ogee finials atop an ogee pedestal, with a plain base.
