Description

This is a pair of tombstones located approximately 10 metres south of the west end of the Church of Saint Mary. They date from the mid-18th century and are made of limestone. Each tombstone features a plinth and a raised aedicule-type panel topped with a cornice. At the head of each aedicule is a cherub's head, with crossed torches on either side and crossed bones above each. The inscriptions on the panels are worn and difficult to read.
