Description
Dubsyke Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse that has undergone some 20th-century alterations. It features limewashed watershot masonry with stone dressings and a slate roof. The garden front is two stories and double fronted, with a central entrance that has 20th-century French windows. On the left side of the ground floor, there is a three-light recessed flat-faced mullioned window, and to the right, a similar two-light window, both with slate dripstones and 20th-century sashes. The upper floor has two two-light recessed flat-faced mullioned windows, also with 20th-century sashes. The right-hand gable end and left-hand ridge have stacks. The rear of the farmhouse has been significantly altered but still contains remnants of several late 17th-century to early 18th-century chamfered mullioned windows, all of which are missing their mullions.
