Description

Pear Tree House is an 18th-century building located on the east side of Frenchgate. It stands three storeys tall and is constructed of rubble with a stone slate roof. The façade features two hung sash windows that have stone surrounds and glazing bars. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door topped by a fanlight, all framed within a shaped surround that is adorned with a stone open pedimented hood supported by shaped brackets.
