Description

17 Newbiggin is a late 18th-century building that stands three storeys tall and is finished with cement render. It has a slate roof and features one sash window, along with a ground floor bow that lacks glazing bars. The entrance consists of a six-panel door set back in a plain stone case, which is adorned with engaged columns, a frieze, and a small cornice. Above the door is a rectangular fanlight. The building has a shaped plinth that rises to the cill of the ground floor window. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 11 to 31 (odd).
