Description

Nos 3 and 4 Borough Place are 18th century buildings that stand three storeys tall and are constructed of brick with a pantile roof. Number 3 features a six-panel door and two windows with flat stone arches, both fitted with double-hung sashes that include glazing bars. There are steps leading to a modern door at the first-floor level, accompanied by an iron railing. This floor also has two double-hung sash windows with glazing bars and flat stone arches. The third storey has two windows with flush frames, although only one of these has glazing bars. Nos 1 to 11 Borough Place form a group.
