Description
Nos 9 and 10 Borough Place are 18th-century buildings constructed of brick, arranged over three storeys. They have pantile roofs. Each property features two sash windows, each with a stone flat arch and moulded flush frames. Modern doors have been inserted into both properties. The buildings are included in the listing solely as part of a group, along with Nos 1 to 11 (consec).
