Description
High Anson House is a house that likely dates from the late 18th century, with a 20th-century extension on the right side. It is constructed from red-brown brick, with some sandstone at the rear. The roof is swept pantile, and the end stacks have been rebuilt in white brick. The building has two storeys and features three bays, along with a single-storey, one-bay extension to the right. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed door set beneath a flat gauged-brick arch. The windows are sliding sashes with rendered lintels, and the eaves are decorated with dentils.
