Description
Marderby Grange is a house built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of pale brown brick and features a Welsh slate roof with ashlar coping and shaped kneelers, along with brick end stacks. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door beneath an oblong fanlight with decorative glazing bars, set within a recess that has panelled reveals and soffit. This entrance is flanked by reeded attached columns that support an entablature. The windows are sixteen-pane sashes set in flushwood architraves, topped with gauged brick flat arches.
