Description

The Grange is an early 19th-century farmhouse. Constructed of red brick, now rendered, it has a graduated stone slate roof. The building is two storeys high and arranged with three bays. The central doorway features a fanlight with radial glazing bars set within an architrave with moulded impost bands. The doorway is contained within a Doric doorcase composed of half columns, a frieze, and a cornice. All windows are four-pane sashes with stone sills. A moulded stone cornice runs along the top of the building, topped with stone coping, and there are end stacks.
