Description

The 'Brumpton Liberty North' Boundary Stone is a mid-18th century inscribed boundary stone made of limestone. It is a single, roughly rectangular block that stands upright on the eastern side of a minor road. The side facing the road is inscribed with the words “Brumpton Liberty North 1759.” Additionally, there is an inscribed Ordnance Survey bench mark symbol on the upper surface.
