No 3 New Way Ghaut is a late 18th-century building that stands three storeys tall with attics, constructed of brick. It features a pantile roof with one dormer. At the first floor, there is a six-panel door. The building has two double-hung sash windows with glazing bars, along with one small window that does not have glazing bars.
