Description

No. 44 West Green is an early 19th-century building constructed of painted brick, featuring a stone-moulded eaves cornice and a Welsh slate roof. The structure is two storeys high with two irregularly placed windows and forms half of a double house. On the left side, there is a full-height rounded bow. In the centre, there is a blank window positioned above the door, while on the right, a small window is located above a boarded passage door that includes a fanlight. The building has sash windows with glazing bars set in wooden architraves, complemented by flat gauged brick arches and stone cills. The entrance features a four-panel door topped with an oblong fanlight.
