Description
Uttriss House is a house from the early 19th century, with a later extension added to the rear. It is constructed of coursed herring-bone tooled sandstone and features a pantile roof with brick stacks. The building has a symmetrical central entry plan and is two rooms deep, presenting a two-storey, three-window front. The entrance consists of a panelled door topped by a rectangular fanlight. The windows are four-pane sashes, with a sash window located above the door. All openings have keyed lintels. The house also has a stone ridge, coping, and moulded kneelers, along with end stacks.
