Description

No. 49 Flowergate is an 18th-century building that stands three storeys tall and is constructed of brick with a pantile roof and a parapet. It features brick bands between the storeys and has one window with a flat stone arch, which contains a double-hung sash with glazing bars. The shop front has modern glazing, and the door is set back and also modern. This property, along with Nos. 47 to 50 Flowergate, forms a group with No. 1 St Anne Lane.
