Description

No. 2 Gallowgate is a building with probable origins in the 18th century. It stands two storeys high and features a rubble end with roughcast finish. The roof is made of Welsh slate. The windows are adorned with stone lintels, and there is one window on the ground floor along with a passage archway. This building is included in the listing primarily as part of a group that also consists of No. 1, Hill Cottage, and Nos. 5 to 9 (odd).
