Description

No. 5 Churchgate is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall, constructed of brick and topped with a Welsh slate roof. It features a wooden eaves cornice supported by brackets. The façade includes four windows with hung sashes that have glazing bars, and the windows are adorned with rendered rusticated lintels that have keystones and a cornice. The building also has a late 19th-century shop front and a carriage entry on the left side. It is part of a group that includes Nos. 1 to 33 (odd).
