Description
Park House is an early 19th-century house located on the south side of Hovingham Park Street. It is constructed of hammer-dressed limestone and features a pantile roof. The building has a central hallway entry with an outshut beneath a catslide roof and a cross wing at the rear. It stands two storeys tall and has three bays. The entrance includes a six-panel door with an overlight, flanked by 16-pane sash windows. The first floor also has 16-pane sash windows. Flat stone arches are present throughout the building, except for a stone lintel above the central first-floor window. There are end stacks on the roof.
