Nos 1 and 2 Hall’s Place are a pair of houses dating to the late 18th or early 19th century, located in 1811 Flowergate. The buildings are two storeys with attics and a basement, and are rendered on the exterior. They have a pantile roof, with one dormer window. The upper floors feature a double-hung sash window with glazing bars; a fixed basement window is also present. A plain entrance door is a defining feature.
