Description
Nos. 10, 12, and 14 Longbrook Street are a pair of small houses and an attached hall, dating from the 18th century. They feature roughcast render on rubble and a steep dry slate roof with a hipped end on the left. There is a rendered axial stack, and the hall (No. 10) has a steep corrugated iron roof. The overall layout is L-shaped and single-depth, with each house likely having two rooms flanking a central entrance hall. The houses are two stories tall, while the hall is single-story. No. 12 has a four-window range, and No. 14 has a three-window range. Nos. 12 and 14 feature early 19th-century 16-pane hornless sash windows, except for a 20th-century casement window to the right of No. 12, and both have glazed lean-to conservatories. No. 10 has tall transomed windows and panelled doors. The interior has not been inspected.
