Description

Nos 40 and 41 Flowergate, built in the first half of the 18th century, are three-storey buildings constructed from painted ashlar with a pantile roof. They feature two windows on the upper floors, which have flush frames and double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The first floor has a window arrangement of 1:2. The ground floor has late 19th century and modern shop fronts, complete with tiled stall risers and modern doors.
