Description
Newsham Grange Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed of red brick with a pantile roof. It stands two storeys high and features three bays, with the left-hand bay being lower and set back. The entrance, located between the two right-hand bays, consists of a half-glazed door with an overlight, and in front of it is a large 20th-century greenhouse that is not of special interest. Flanking the entrance are four-pane sash windows, while the left bay contains a 16-pane sash window. On the first floor, there are three 12-pane side-sliding sash windows. All windows are equipped with stone sills, and the windows in the two right-hand bays have flat stucco arches. The farmhouse also features a dentilled eaves band, shaped kneelers, and stone coping on the two right-hand bays, along with end stacks.
