Description

Sundial Cottage is a late 18th-century cottage located on the south side of Bedale Road in Hunton, North Yorkshire. It is constructed of coursed sandstone rubble with ashlar dressings and has a stone slate roof. The cottage is two storeys and two bays wide, featuring a plinth and quoins. The windows have ashlar surrounds with straight tooling, and are four-pane sash windows. A central part-glazed door is set within an ashlar surround. Above the door is a small sundial. A brick stack is located at the left end of the cottage, and an ashlar stack is at the right end.
