Description
Whitehorse View and The Old School are a pair of houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed from coursed squared stone with a pantile roof. Each house is two storeys high and consists of two bays, featuring a continuous rear outshut. The central panelled door of the left house is from the 20th century, and each house has 16-pane sash windows with exposed boxes on both floors. The openings are topped with stone lintels, and the windows have projecting stone sills. The ends of the range have shaped kneelers and ashlar coping. The roof is swept with brick stacks located at the ends and in the centre along the ridge. At the rear, there is an outshut that was originally under a catslide roof but was raised in the 20th century.
