Description

30 High Street is a building from the early to mid-18th century, constructed of local reddish brick and topped with a pantiled roof. It stands three and a half storeys tall and features two windows. The low top storey is an addition and is positioned above a cornice band.

The building has gauged flat brick arches with stone keys and cills above sash windows that include glazing bars, all framed in wooden architraves on the first and second floors. The uppermost storey has plain casements. There is a modern shop incorporated into the building.
