Description
East Farmhouse is a house made up of two sections, dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. The 18th-century part on the left is constructed of reddish-brown brick and features a first-floor band and a pantile roof. It has two storeys, with the upper storey being quite low and consisting of two bays. The original entrance, which was on the right, is now blocked. The ground floor windows have horizontally sliding sashes with glazing bars and flat brick arches above them.
The taller 19th-century section is made of brown brick and also has a pantile roof. This part has two storeys and includes a lower, windowless wing to the right, which is one bay wide. The entrance is located on the left and features a panelled door with an oblong fanlight and a simple wooden case, along with sashes that have margin lights.
