Description
Nos 101 and 103 High Street are two houses that have been combined into one. They date from the mid-18th century and have undergone some later alterations. The buildings are constructed of rubble, with some areas rendered, and feature a 20th-century pantile roof. They are two storeys high and have three first-floor windows, along with a rear outshut that has a catslide roof.
On the left side, No 101 has one bay and is made of rubble. It features a six-panel door set in an ashlar surround to the left, and on each floor, there is a 16-pane sash window with a deep lintel. On the right side, No 103 has two bays and is rendered. It has a central board door and two 4-pane sash windows on each floor. There is a shaped kneeler and ashlar coping on the right side. Rebuilt brick stacks are located between No 101 and No 103, as well as at the right end of the building.
